Ashwagandha 1:1 is standardized to contain 2.0 mg/mL of withanolides to ensure optimal strength and quality. Ashwagandha contains naturally occurring steroidal compounds, alkaloids and other phytochemicals that together produce a tonic and adaptogenic effect for the entire body.
